Stationary Made Simple with Paperless Post.

We live in the days where we constantly live in a “rat race.” Besides just the every day human norm of eating, sleeping, breathing, and working, we have home and business checklists to do, drop the kids off to school there, ball practice here, paying bills….the last thing we sometimes think about is responding to an RSVP via snail mail, right? So, for all of you techy peeps or peeps on the go, like me, there’s good news, there’s a new stationary friend in town to make your stationary needs that much more simple, and it’s called Paperless Post.

I’ve been in the wedding and events industry for going on right at ten years now, and I will say the RSVP on stationary (be it a wedding or a baby shower don’t have the response rate needed to really have an accurate guest list. For my clients in the wedding industry, although I encourage invitations to be sent out 10-16 weeks in advance; certain key factors can affect this time line give or take weeks and those are as follows:

1. Are Holidays approaching the month you plan on mailing out your invitations or are holidays in the same month of your event date?
2. Are you having an event out of town that requires guests to schedule flights and hotel accomodations?
3. Do you have less than 2 months to plan your event?
4. Are the majority of your guests older or younger? Older guests still typically want to receive paper and will only respond that way, while younger guests typically would prefer a paperless, digital option at the touch of their finger.
5. Are you working with a tight budget? If so, paper goods can be relatively expensive upwards of the $2,000.00- $4,000.00 price range for an entire suite.
