Yes, food trends are all the range, but specifically this year we are playing close attention to what I call the “eye popping” food presentation. Because after all…you eat with your eyes first! I recently went to my very first Engage Wedding Conference…if you’re in the wedding and events industry this is seriously a must! (Inspiring and Something you should just to for yourself)
Because food is comfort and a way for people to connect…It makes for a great Conversation piece. Seriously, how many conversations start over food?
This season we’re taking food trends to a whole new level! One of my favorites that I’ve seen are these scrambled eggs served in the actual eggshell! How adorable?!
We’re being more considerate of people with food allergies as well as being health conscious…thank goodness. After one bite of cake, (when
I used to eat cake) I was already waiting for my head to explode from a sugar rush…
The eye popping presentation trends includes tiny treats, like this mascarpone and raspberry bite in a poppyseed cone.
Fresh Squeezed Juices in test tubes and modern bottles.
I don’t ever think bite sized items on a stick will go away, like the mini pancakes pictured above already soaked with syrup.
