Giving your food dimension, as you present it is a key element in making your wedding or special event cohesive with your design concept.
What I mean by “giving it dimension” is adding an element in that reflects by the mood or style you are trying to achieve throughout the night! For example, on a recent Glamping Styled Shoot I designed, the style was, earthy, fall, with tropical floral influences. So I pulled in tropical palm fronds that were placed on black slate tiles to not only give the food a pop of color, but to cross coordinate the feel of, the tropical fall foliage that was used in the rest of the flowers, the brides bouquet, and the ceremony decor.
Other items you can use to add dimension to your Food:
- Different Textures of wood
- Different Textures of pots or glassware
