Wedding Grazing Stations
How many of you are grazers, like me? So, I am totally happy to see this, Wedding Grazing Station trending for this wedding season.
Grazing Stations are the perfect way to get more “bang for your buck” and have all of the elegant touches too!
Through my personal experience of doing over 300 weddings + events, (okay, I just had to stop and pause for a second…and say thank you Jesus for the amount of time we’ve been in business and what we’ve been blessed with) people in general like to play, eat and mingle with their food! And well, here’s a great excuse that they can. Grazing stations serve as conversation starters and help that “lull” time period.
Some of the hottest ” Grazing stations you’ll be seeing this wedding season are:
Oyster Bars:
Hello, Oysters! I must say I like mine roasted, with a squeeze of lemon, a shot of hot sauce (Texas Pete) of course, and a dash of salt and pepper!
Sushi + Asian Stations
Soup + Sammies
When I think about Soup + “Sammies”, I think comfort food! I think fall..and winter, and I just want to grab a blanket and curl up. Whether you do a full soup and sammie station or you have soup and sandwich in a shot glass as a late night snack…this is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Sweet + Salty
Last but not least, my favorite! When I think of sweet and salty I think of Cheese, fruit, fruit spreads, and crackers! Yum, my mouth is watering… This is simple, elegant, and it’s the perfect treat that’s sure to please the youngest kid the the oldest adult. This lovely tray was provided by one of our local and preferred Caterers, Tasteful Temptations.
Tips on The Perfect Food Bars and Wedding Grazing Stations:
If I could get married all over again (of course to the same man ;o) ) my go to Wedding Grazing Stations would be, Mexican, (because that’s totally my fav. ) Italian (because of my hubby’s heritage) and then our favorite breakfast foods like chicken and waffles for a late night snack.
