Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! Its simple, right?!
Who hydrates regularly?! Who’s good about it, not me! Well, I used to not be…but I have no other choice than to be now.
Today, I’m sharing with you (4) Creative Ways to Get your H20 On!
Fresh water is healthy for you, but more importantly it helps with flushing out the toxins we absorb from food, the environment, and other products from skin to skin contact. Not only is hydration important for flushing out toxins, but hydration keeps your digestive track functioning properly! (Something I am guilty of not doing on a regular basis, or should I say was guilty of until dealing with IBS + Leaky gut.)
The truth is I just don’t get thirsty…, “I”m seriously like a camel with a hump,” and my employees always looked at me like I was crazy when I could pull an “all dayer” and not drink until the end of the evening. (I mean I’m talking about like 15 hours straight and all I would have is a cup of coffee in the morning.) This is totally something I’m not proud of and I work hard every day to reverse the damage that I’ve done to my body.
The minimum suggested intake of water is 64 fluid ounces or 8 glasses of water daily!
How do I make sure I’m getting my 8 glasses of water at least! Well, are my tricks!
P.S. If I’m in a restaurant, instead of ordering wine, I order bottled water! Theres just something about bottled water in a glass that taste soooo much better!
No matter what your trick is, just make sure you get in your recommended daily amounts!
