So, I thought it was supposed to be Spring, right?! Well, with the gusts of cool weather I’ll be heading into this weekend, it had me thinking about diving into a bowl of warm soup! To me there’s nothing better…in fact, it doesn’t even have to be cold for me to want soup.
I’m just a soup kind of girl. Are you?
Well, if you’re not by chance and you’ve just been diagnosed and or battling an Autoimmune disease…soup WILL BECOME your new favorite…”Soup is your new favorite.” (LOL! I’m quoting the movie Elf..if you didn’t catch on.)
Well, anyways…this recipe really is the base for many other AIP soup recipes. Just replace the main vegetable with a vegetable you love and add a little dash of that and a little dash of this, say a prayer and hopefully it will turn out good! If not, start over. 🙂
That’s a whole other story though..My family refers to me as the “Experimental Cook” I don’t go by recipes, and I don’t measure precisely. Whoops!
